We do not offer exchange, refund, cancellations or store credit for change of mind.
Should your item be faulty we will happily exchange, refund or offer a store credit.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order should your item be faulty.
To be eligible for return, exchange or store credit the item will need to be unused, with tags and in the same condition you received it.
We do not take responsibility for any items damaged in transit, we will however assist you in dealing with Australia Post for compensation.
Once we receive your item we will inspect and if approved will process the refund/store credit or exchange. Refunds will be made to the same card or payment method you paid for the item with.
Sale items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
If returning by post, you are responsible for the shipping costs and you must purchase tracking, so we can avoid items getting lost in transit.
